‘Its simple just select your dates and reserve. A non-refundable 25% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full.

The balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of your booking. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation and you will remain liable to pay the balance.

You will love staying in this stunning, beautifully renovated, spacious 2 bedroom townhouse just minutes away from historic Stratford upon-Avon with great access to the M40, A46, and the Cotswolds and everything.

We love interiors and have lovingly renovated this house to a contemporary and very high standard featuring blackout blinds and curtains, cosy rugs, and comfortable beds featuring super comfortable Emma mattresses and toppers for a great night's sleep.

The kitchen is well equipped with brand new cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave , plus a Nespresso Vertue to enjoy a great coffee.

Enjoy a stylish lounge with a sumptuous sofa to chill on with a glass of something and watch your favourites on the 43" smart TV , read a book or browse/game or work ( if you need to!) using our superfast reliable Wifi. And there is a cosy dining area to accommodate four.

Ophelia has 2 good sized relaxing bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a king size bed . The main bedroom also includes a 32" Smart TV.

Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with a divine aroma in every room and only a 10 min walk to the centre. We had the most relaxing time in this outstanding accommodation and the bed was oh so comfortable! We definitely felt like it was a home from home especially with all the thoughtful extra touches. The welcome goody basket was a lovely surprise (Thank you Tina.. so kind and generous). A lot of thought has been put into making guests' stay exceptionally special. If you're thinking of booking, don't think, just BOOK IT!

We visited Tina's home with friends and it was perfect. Beautiful decor, comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The position was an easy walk into the town and convenient parking for our two cars outside the property. Tina also supplied parking permits which were a great help. We didn't use the outside space as it was too cold but would be perfect for summer months. Great pubs and eateries nearby and plenty to do in the town. The Sinister Straford walking tour was great! We thoroughly recommend a stay here for a very relaxing break.
